Franchisee David Vidler, United Kingdom

Before joining BCM, David had just concluded the sale of his existing business in the UK and was looking for a new, alternative challenge that would allow him to fully use his business skills and knowledge. He stumbled on the concept of cost reduction and cost management.

David considered taking a franchise with an alternative organization, but was not convinced by their offering, their operation or the level or support they could offer to help him grow his business. He discovered the BCM website and made contact with John and his team. He was drawn to BCM because of their professional, yet friendly approach. He saw that the BCM offer was uncomplicated, honest and was a clear win-win for both sides. What he liked most about BCM was their desire to help their team succeed, their generosity and support.

David has successfully grown his business based on a simple principle offering a truly personal, straight forward service. He discovered the root of his success was in the strong relationships he built with his clients. He knows how to support them well and believes this is a core ingredient to creating long-term accounts. This has greatly assisted him in growing the business. David has a high level of retention with his clients and recommendations are strong. He rarely has to canvass for new business. The last time he directly prospected for new business was over two years ago.

I thoroughly enjoy the vast variances in my day-to-day tasks and duties. Meeting a range of people from different organizations, suppliers and clients and dealing with a wide range of subject matter, keeps me well-informed and continually educated. If it hadn’t been for John Mac Namara and BCM Ireland, I truly believe it would have been at least a hundred times harder to succeed in my BCM business, especially through the infancy stages. In my opinion, BCM offers an excellent and comprehensive training program, followed by a personal and thorough support package for one of the best white collar business opportunities available today. The rewards, which can be substantial, are there and ready for harvesting in any market, where somebody is willing to give themselves a chance.
